San Antonio | Came for the Cup, Stayed for the Sandwich

We dropped by Candy Cloud, an Instagram-famous bubble tea spot – honestly, we were totally drawn in by their adorable cups! 🥤💖 🧋 Strawberry Matcha Latte The matcha flavor was pretty mild, with just a hint of bitter aftertaste – not as rich as Starbucks. The strawberry sweetness was also pretty light. Overall, a bit too subtle for me – not a rebuy. 🥭 Mangonade A Mexican-style mango slushie? Tasted like a regular mango slush to me – the mango flavor wasn’t very strong 🥭. You can choose blended or regular ice. Sweetness isn’t adjustable, and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. They said the mango sauce is made in-house… hmm, it was okay. Probably won’t order again. 💫 The Surprise Hit: The Sandwich! 🥪 The egg, bacon, and hash brown combo was delicious! Soft bread, crispy hash browns, perfectly cooked eggs and bacon – it all came together wonderfully. Didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be the best part of the visit! ✨ Vibe & Space Very Instagrammy decor with string lights ✨, but the lighting isn’t great for photos. Not many seats – mostly two-person tables. It was pretty crowded and noisy, so it’s better for a quick drink than a long chat. 🛍️ After our drinks, we popped into Ulta across the street and found some cute Disney clips! 🎀 The same shopping center has Sephora and Nordstrom Rack – nice for a little stroll. #CandyCloud #SanAntonioEats #BubbleTea #HiddenGem #FoodReview
