📍San Diego Food|Michelin-Recommended Mediterranean Restaurant Callie

Google Rating: 4.6 ⭐ — Perfect for dates and catching up with friends 👭💕 Parking near Downtown can be a bit tricky 🚗⌛ Sharing my favorites and some that were just okay: 🔎 AVOCADO LABNEH A Mediterranean-style dip with tangy avocado 🥑 and fresh, crisp veggies—refreshing and light! 🔎 UNI TOAST A must-order and my top appetizer! Sea urchin + Spanish ham + crispy baguette 🥖—unexpectedly harmonious and delicious 🍴✨. 🔎 LEMON SAFFRON LINGUINE Sea urchin lemon pasta 🍋🍝. It was a bit sour for me, but that acidity actually made it less heavy. We finished the whole plate! 🔎 Aged Duck Breast (Special Menu) Very tender and juicy 🦆💦, but the side dishes weren’t great. 🔎 HARISSA GRILLED LAMB CHOPS Lamb chops with no gamey taste 🍖. Meat lovers can order it, but it wasn’t mind-blowing. 🔎 Lobster Meat (Special Menu) Recommended by the server, but it was a big letdown 😬. Small portion, average seasoning, overly oily, and too salty! Overall: Service was good 👍, dishes were unique, but the seasoning needs improvement—many items were quite salty! 🧂 Still, it’s a nice spot for dates or birthdays 🎂🥂. ⌚️ Hours: Closed Monday Open 5 PM–10 PM Reservations recommended—walk-ins are hard to get in! 📅🔺 #100RestaurantsChallenge #SanDiego #SanDiegoTravel #SanDiegoFood #SanDiegoEats #SanDiegoLife #SanDiegoFun #WeekendInSanDiego #SanDiegoFoodGuide #FoodRecommendations
