San Francisco Two-Michelin-Star Italian Cuisine | ORAFO 🎴
The newly opened Italian restaurant on the first floor of the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco is truly worthy of its two Michelin stars. From appetizers to desserts, the entire dining experience was exceptional. Appetizers 🥩 Oysters 🦪 Fresh, tender, and smooth, served with yuzu sauce, cocktail sauce, and lemon. I personally enjoyed adding a touch of Tabasco 🌶️. The quality is top-notch, easily ranking among the best oysters I’ve had in the U.S. Scallops Paired with blood oranges, the scallops were incredibly fresh and delicious. Shrimp 🦐 A huge shrimp, perfectly seasoned with chili powder and a flavorful spicy sauce. The seasoning was spot-on! Pasta 🍝 Campanelle Homemade campanelle pasta with a creamy mushroom and pork ragù sauce, topped with Romanesco cauliflower. The combination was simply divine. Main Courses 🍖 Cioppino Highly recommended! This Italian seafood stew is a medley of clams, mussels, salmon, and Dungeness crab. Served with sourdough bread for dipping in the flavorful broth—it’s an absolute must-try. 😭❤️ Lamb Cheeks Baby lamb cheeks, slow-cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. Served with a mascarpone polenta base. The flavors were absolutely captivating. Desserts 🍨 Tiramisu A classic tiramisu that’s worth every bite. Vanilla Gelato Smooth and flavorful, I enjoyed it so much I had it two days in a row. 📍 222 Sansome St, San Francisco, CA 94104 #ItalianCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #SanFranciscoItalianFood #TwoMichelinStars
