Just had the most incredible brunch here in Santa Fe — and oh my, it was worth every minute spent looking for parking! 🚗💨😅 For the first time ever, I tried spicy hollandaise sauce — and wow, it had a kick that went straight to the throat (in the best way possible!) 🔥🌶️. You can choose between spicy or non-spicy, but if you love heat, don’t skip the spicy version! It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, served with perfectly pan-seared tomatoes 🍅 and crispy bacon 🥓. Each bite was pure satisfaction 😋💖. I also ordered the Breakfast Bowl, and the spicy tofu in it was a delicious surprise! It tasted like they used Korean gochujang ( fermented chili paste) — slightly sweet, deeply savory, and packed with umami 🥣🧡. Who knew New Mexican brunch could have such a fun Korean twist? 😄🎉 The vibe was cozy, the service was warm, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared 🧡👩🍳.
