Santa Fe, NM Eats|Italian Cuisine 🍝🇮🇹
Andiamo! – Tried it during Restaurant Week near the Railyard, and it was really good! 🎉 We started with mushroom soup and a salad (no photo, sorry 😅). Both were solid—the mushroom soup was silky smooth and would’ve been perfect with bread, though we didn’t order any. 🍄🥖 For the main course, we got the Duck Confit (yes, French dish popping up in an Italian spot—no idea why either 😂) and Spaghetti Bolognese. Both were great! 🦆🔥 The duck leg was tender and crispy, served with crispy polenta (herb-infused cornmeal) and spinach. Mixed with the duck jus, it was delicious! The Bolognese was made with veal, pork, and beef. Unlike typical versions, it used less tomato and had a noticeable carrot flavor—unique and tasty! 🥕🍝 The sauce was perfect, though fresh pasta would’ve made it even better. Dessert: Tiramisu and Profiteroles (cream puffs + ice cream + chocolate). The tiramisu was excellent—rich coffee flavor with light cream, not too sweet. The profiteroles were just okay. 🍫🍨 #NewMexico #SantaFe #ItalianFood #FoodReview #RestaurantWeek #DuckConfit #ComfortFood #FoodieAdventure #LocalEats #SantaFeDining #TravelEats #FoodPhotography #EatWell #TastyBites
