El Chile Toreado – a fantastic food truck that’s easy to find with GPS 🗺️. They close at 2:30 PM, so it’s perfect for a quick and delicious lunch! The menu is simple and straightforward. After ordering, you get a number and a buzzer that alerts you when your food is ready. They also give you a zip-top bag to load up on toppings from the self-service bar on the right side of the truck 🧅🌿🥬. Options include onions, cilantro, lettuce, pickled onions, whole jalapeños, lime wedges, and more. Perfect for customizing exactly how you like it—especially if you’re not into raw onions! When your order is up, they ask if you want red or green chili sauce—or both! 🌶️❤️💚 (Getting both is called "Christmas" style here.) Their chili and sauces are absolutely amazing—so flavorful and fresh. The tacos come with a warm tortilla and a generous portion of meat, and you build the rest yourself. So good!! And yes—they have tripe tacos too! If you’re a fan, you’ve got to try them.
