Sarod’s Thai Restaurant: A Thai Food Haven That Delivers!
Whenever I can't decide what to eat, I crave Thai cuisine. 🍜 After a bad experience with Chon Thong that left me with a stomachache, I decided to explore other options. I dragged my friends along, and we set off to try another amazing Thai restaurant! 🚶♂️ The restaurant is located near U7 Gneisenaustraße, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is a bit far. 🗺️ The place is small, so I recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid waiting in the cold. ❄️ 🦴 Tofu Dish - Overall, it's quite good. The tofu is very tender and has no strong flavor, which is perfect when paired with their peanut sauce. It's delicious and goes well with a lot of rice! 🍲 🦴 Fish Cakes - I found this dish to be pretty average. It's not as good as the fried shrimp cakes at Chon Thong, but the accompanying spicy, sweet, and refreshing garlic sauce is really nice. 🍟 🦴 Raw Marinated Shrimp - This dish is very spicy and fresh! It's truly delicious. Even though I usually avoid raw marinated dishes due to my sensitive stomach, I couldn't resist and ate about five or six shrimp. Surprisingly, I didn't get sick afterward. This is a must-try! 🍤 🦴 Kra Phau Muh/Nüa/Gai (Stir-fried Pork/Beef/Chicken with Basil) - A must-order Thai dish! The minced meat with green beans is so flavorful that I easily finished two bowls of rice. 🍳 🦴 Chicken Skewers - I thought they were just okay, not as good as the ones from 7-Eleven. 🍗 Their Thai-style milk tea and milk coffee are also great. They're not too sweet and have a mild flavor, which is much better than the overly milky taste at Chon Thong. 🍵 Overall, the experience was fantastic! The only downside is the location, which is a bit far. The average cost per person is around 28 euros. Highly recommended! 💰 Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Restaurant Name: Sarod’s Thai Restaurant 📍 Address: Friesenstraße 22, 10965 Berlin #LifeInGermany #BerlinDaily #BerlinLife #RestaurantReview #BerlinCuisine #BerlinExploration #BerlinTravel #BerlinTrip #BerlinFoodRecommendation #BerlinFoodMap #BerlinFoodCheckIn #BerlinFoodie #BerlinFoodShare #BerlinFoodieGuide #GermanFood #GermanFoodRecommendation #GermanFoodReview #GermanFoodShare #StudentLife #FoodReview #FoodObserver #FoodDiary #Germany #GermanStudentLife #DailyFood
