☁️ Lately, the weather in Italy has been so unpredictable, and the hot days have really killed my appetite! That's when sashimi must be on the menu!!! 🦀️ For a friend's birthday, we ordered a sashimi platter (you can choose from a fixed selection or create your own DIY combination). If it's just a few of you, I suggest ordering your favorite seafood a la carte. If you're a larger group, go all out with a double-tiered tower platter～ I personally love the king prawn sashimi and sea urchin! They're incredibly fresh～ 🐚 This is the most recommended part: the menu has a wide variety of seafood to choose from. After selecting your type and quantity, the restaurant will cook them to perfection. The secret is in their sauce, which is so good it could make even a shoe insole taste delicious haha. My favorites are the conch and prawns, so that's what I ordered. Family and friends can also have their choices cooked according to their preferences (they can also be prepared raw). 🦐🐟🦀️ Fried seafood... hmm, the first shrimp was amazing, I'm not a fan of squid to begin with, and seeing so much of it really killed my appetite... The signature crab pasta is something I recommend for larger groups. The portion size is astonishing... The two of us could only finish the crabs... I prefer the seafood pappardelle, which, in comparison, offers better value for money!
