Savannah | Amazing Asian Fusion Restaurant 🍜 Finally back in Savannah after a business trip on Friday—definitely needed a nice meal to treat myself～ Highly recommend this incredible Asian fusion spot: The Vault Kitchen & Market. Once you try it, you’ll keep coming back! I visited this place a few years ago, and it used to be a bank 🏦! The decor still retains the thick old vault doors, which are so full of history～ The decorative cow sculptures are even made from safe boxes, and the bathroom floors are paved with coins. Every detail is cleverly thought out—wandering around feels like visiting a small museum. How fun is that 🤩! 🍜 Nickel Fry Noodle is my all-time favorite! It’s a bit like Thai stir-fried noodles—thin noodles but super chewy, soaked in a rich, savory sauce. Each strand is coated with flavor, hitting all the notes: sour, spicy, fresh, and tasty. I could practically lick the bowl clean～ 🍜 🐔 Clay Pot Chicken is a must-order! The curry chicken is absolutely amazing! The chicken is tender enough to fall apart with a fork, and the curry sauce is thick enough to coat the spoon, with a hint of coconut sweetness and mild spice. The snow peas and bell peppers inside are crisp and refreshing—mix it with rice, and it’s so delicious that I could eat three bowls of rice with this dish alone 🍚! The sushi 🍣 and Grilled Pork Tenderloin are good too～ The grilled pork tenderloin is tender without being dry, with a slightly sweet sauce. But honestly, I love the side dishes more than the pork ！The roasted bell peppers have a smoky char, a bit like Hunan’s roasted chili peppers but less spicy—fresh with a hint of heat, super appetizing 🌶️! This restaurant is so highly recommended!
