I was blown away when I found out that the main pasta dishes here are only £9. I had been wanting to bring my friends here for a group dinner, but it's hard to get a reservation with a large party, so I decided to visit on my own first! I truly experienced what it means to have everything on the menu be delicious. I didn't follow the recommendations from social media, and even the dishes my foodie friends ordered were so good they were stomping their feet in delight! 😋 Appetizers: 🌟 Lardo Toast (Pork Back Fat Toast) This appetizer looks incredibly tempting. Thin slices of pork back fat are draped over crispy toast. The fat melts slightly when heated, creating a perfect contrast between the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture and the crunch of the toast. The saltiness is just right. 🥪 🌟 Oysters The freshness of the oysters is their biggest highlight. The outer layer is crispy while the inside remains tender, perfectly complementing the unique soft texture of oysters.
