I've heard others praise the rice noodles at this place for a while, and finally had the chance to check it out when passing by Union Square～The average cost is $20, and I didn't have high expectations, but everything was surprisingly delicious! The savory ribs and smoked bamboo shoots with fried meat noodles were both incredibly fragrant～I really hope they could open a branch in Midtown to improve my weekday lunch options 🤣 🔥You can choose from soup noodles/mixed noodles/rice as the base here. The smoked bamboo shoots with fried meat have a strong wok hei, which pairs well with the mixed noodles, and the savory ribs are also very tender and flavorful 💯I also ordered a rib and cuttlefish soup noodle, which was quite light and nourishing. 🔥The side dishes are also quite good, I particularly enjoy their cold jellyfish ear shreds!
