Seafood and Beef Hotpot Buffet: Kung Fu Hotpot
🦞The items at the hotpot buffet are more or less the same, featuring fatty beef, lamb, mussels, squid, luncheon meat, shrimp, meatballs, mushrooms, tofu, and vegetables. Special items include salmon, long strips of beef tripe, and sauced large bones. They also seem to lack crispy meat, replacing it with crispy fried chicken and crispy pork ribs. Although it's a bit off-topic, I suspect I actually prefer the crispy chicken over the crispy meat.🦞 🦞The cold dishes are really tasty, probably because I went there almost at three, and I was starving (Google Maps shows they open at two, which is quite strange to miss lunchtime). Before the soup base came, I had already devoured two plates of century egg tofu and wood ear mushrooms. They were really delicious! Slightly spicy, with a hint of sourness, they are appetizing and perfect for accompanying rice. The Mouth-watering Chicken (mouth-watering chicken) is also good, but it's at the level of what you can find in ordinary restaurants, making it seem ordinary.🦞 🦞The limited menu's Arctic surf clam is not great, with a gritty texture. The perch slices are also not tasty enough (the fish slices shouldn't be like this, a person from Shunde is outraged). The swimming shrimp are small but fresh and sweet when cooked alive. In addition to these, there are many vegetables, cold dishes, and fruits to eat. I really love their fruits; I had so much pineapple and cherry this time.🦞 #Philadelphia #NewYork #StudyingInUSA #Food #TravelTips #Hotpot #Buffet
