π¦ Seafood Buffet Review β Festive Vibe, Simpler Spread This Year π
Every year, we celebrate the holidays with the Christmas Seafood Buffet Brunch at Garden Terrace Restaurant in the Hilton Inverness down in South Denver (Park Meadows area). π¨π½οΈ This place used to host weekly seafood buffet dinners before joining Hilton, later shifting to a Sunday seafood brunch buffet. For a long time, they collaborated with a local culinary school β a smart move that brought French-inspired dishes to the table without high labor costs, while giving new chefs real-world experience. π¨βπ³π But then the culinary school moved away, the pandemic hit, and the buffet was paused. It only returned 2β3 years ago as a holiday-only offering β no more weekly service. Itβs understandable: labor is expensive, buffets need lots of staff, and without a full house, itβs hard to turn a profit. πΈ This yearβs Christmas seafood buffet felt simpler than before β fewer French-inspired small plates and desserts, more classic American dishes. π₯π€ But the festive atmosphere was still lovely! πΆπ With views of the golf course β³, holiday decorations, live music, and lots of families dressed up for the occasion, the dining room was full and cheerful. ππ¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ On regular days, the restaurant serves Γ la carte brunch, mostly for hotel guests. π Hilton Inverness 200 Inverness Dr W, Englewood, CO #SeafoodBuffet #HiltonInverness #DenverBrunch #HolidayDining #FestiveVibes #ColoradoEats
