🌟On a cold winter day, having a steaming pot of beef offal along with a bowl of snow-thick soup is pure happiness. 🌟Assorted Plate (Beef Offal Platter) It comes with beef brisket, tongue, tripe, cartilage, and tendon. We all agreed that the beef tongue is the best! Personally, I also quite like the cartilage and omasum~ 🌟Brisket Sullungtang (Beef Brisket Snow-Thick Soup) The soup requires self-seasoning. The quality of the soup is quite good, with a snow-white broth made from beef bones, plus vermicelli. It’s very enjoyable to sip the soup and eat the noodles at the same time ✌️ 🌟Seafood Pancake We found it rather ordinary; it’s not very flavorful, the filling isn’t particularly generous, and it’s not crispy. My current No.1 seafood pancake is still from Dawa’s. 🌟Worth mentioning is their kimchi, which is very delicious! It’s unlike any kimchi I’ve had at other Korean restaurants in Seattle!
