Seize the Last Days of Autumn - The Hague Japanese Garden π
I suddenly remembered yesterday that the Japanese Garden in The Hague is about to close for the season, so I took a stroll there today since I had nothing else to do. The Japanese Garden is nestled within the Clingendael Park. It's quite small, and a ten-minute visit is more than enough. With its small bridges, flowing water, Buddha statues, pavilions, stone lanterns, and more, all set against the backdrop of red maple leaves, the garden exudes a strong autumnal atmosphere. We went in the morning, and there were many visitors, all busy taking pictures. The surrounding Clingendael Park is also beautiful. We entered through the back door via bus route 20, as if we had entered a primeval forest. The towering trees, thick layers of π, and the crunching sound underfoot made for a serene scene. A few visitors were strolling or walking their dogs in the distanceβit was so leisurely. The park is vast, and wandering around is a great way to relax and take some beautiful photos! Due to its special plant species, the Japanese Garden is only open for a few weeks in spring and autumn. The autumn opening hours are as follows: π Saturday, October 15th to Sunday, October 30th π 10am - 4pm π Take bus 20 (Duinzigt) from Den Haag CS to Theo Mann Bouwmeesterlaan or bus 23 (Scheveningen Noord) to Wassenaarseweg. Even after the Japanese Garden closes, Clingendael Park remains open all year round for free. Go and breathe in the oxygen in the forest βοΈ #TheHagueJapaneseGarden #NetherlandsTheHague #Netherlands #DutchLife #DailyNetherlands #WorkingInNetherlands #Europe #NetherlandsCheckIn #AutumnOuting #AutumnStroll
