Seville 🍊 Perhaps You're Also Enchanted by Small Towns and Summer

Seville was a European TOP travel destination that exceeded my expectations. I didn't have high hopes before going, But once there, I was surrounded by sunshine, the fragrance of fruit, and the essence of summer. After watching "Call Me By Your Name," I've always longed for a summer in a European small town. I went to Seville in February, but it met all my imaginations of a European small-town summer. πŸ‹ Citrus and Lemon Fruits The movie was filmed in the northern Italian town of Crema, where there were no ripe lemons in February, but there were in southern Europe. February is still the ripening season for the specialty orange trees of Seville, with trees full of lemons and oranges. The air feels fresh. πŸ‘ The Popularity and Personal Touch of a Small Town Upon arrival, buses were not available due to a marathon. I asked a local girl for directions at the station, and later in the old town, I saw her chatting with friends. It felt cozy, like everyone knows each other in a small town. In the morning, I went to a small restaurant for breakfast. I couldn't speak a word of Spanish, and the owner didn't understand English, but he was very enthusiastic. I ordered breakfast by gesturing, eating eggs and drinking coffee while watching the owner's wife slice ham and listening to local residents chat at the counter. Although the language was notη›Έι€š, the atmosphere was very warm. 🎈 Super Rich Activities Although the old town is small, there are many places to visit. The cathedral is a World Heritage site, and the royal palace has a variety of cultural architectural elements. A few steps from where I stayed, there was a movie theater like in the movies, and the specialty souvenir shops were full of interesting items, especially the orange refrigerator magnets, which were really beautiful! Although I only stayed for a few days, I encountered both a marathon and a large event at the cathedral. In the evening, the church door was bustling with people. Following the crowd, I saw adults and children in suits holding candles, as if I had stepped into a legendary novel. πŸ’ƒπŸΌ Singing and Dancing Nights After a day of sunshine, the nights are also warm. At dusk, there is Flamenco dancing and various musical performances at the Spanish Square, and on the street, there are girls in their teens singing and dancing with friends while holding guitars. As the night deepens, there are musicians playing saxophones against the night sky of the church. Walking on the stone paths at night, with the aroma of paella wafting from the taverns on both sides, and small tables set up from inside to outside the stores, everyone is drinking and chatting, adding a lively and happy end to the day. Drinking sangria until tipsy, and then you can stroll home to sleep. In the movie, northern Italy in February is winter, a season when snow can fall, a season when Elio cries over a letter. In Seville, love stories might be sunnier and brighter because here there is the abundant sunshine of Andalusia, and an endless long summer for love to grow. #Seville #SouthernEurope #Summer #CallMeByYourName #SmallTownSummer #SpanishTravel #Spain #EvidenceOfHumanObsessionWithSummer
