Sharing Three Great Edomae (Counter-Style) Restaurants in Tokyo(1)

Sushi: Ginza Sushi KANESAKA - Two Michelin Stars 🌟🌟 This place is easier to book for lunch and the second round of dinner. I went for the 30,000 yen set. 🍣🌟 At this price, there are no sashimi or appetizers. Since I didn't want a heavy lunch, the meal was just right—more than ten pieces of sushi and a hand roll left me quite full. We started with an appetizer before the sushi began. The overall pace was great. 🍣🌟 The kohada (small gizzard shad) had a bit of a fishy smell, but overall, the ingredients were still good. I’ve uploaded some photos. It was a weekday noon, and there were only four guests, including two who didn't speak Japanese and one regular customer. The head chef was very traditional but gentle. 🍣🌟 Although there was a sign prohibiting photos, he allowed me to take pictures of the ingredients after asking. The reviews for this place are mixed, but for a two-Michelin-star sushi meal at this price, it's quite a comfortable experience. Definitely worth a try. #Tokyo 🍣🌟
