The signature dish is matcha shaved ice. First, let's give props to the owner grandpa 👴 for his top - notch ice - shaving skills! Due to the pandemic, the shop is currently take - out only. Even though the shaved ice is served in a plastic container, every bite is still so light and fluffy, not clumpy. 🍃🌸 At the bottom is a layer of bitter matcha jelly, with layers of ice and matcha sauce in the middle. The layers are generously applied. The matcha cream on top is truly exceptional! Rich, slightly bitter, refreshing and not heavy. I could easily eat a bowl of just the cream! 🍼 After finishing a cup of shaved ice and still craving more, I went for a matcha ice cream 🍦. 🍃🌸 The ice cream itself is on the sweet side, but the cream and matcha sauce are still perfect. 🍼 The cone is really full, heavy with all the goodness.
