Singapore Cuisine | Aesthetic and Artistic Summer Breeze Italian Brunch 🍮
Atipico, a bakery opened by an Italian chef, excels in both Italian cakes and desserts as well as sourdough bread. The cakes are made with a generous amount of fresh berries, making them refreshing and not greasy. The butter and dough are also very carefully prepared. The previous store was too far away, and I relied on my friends to buy it for me. Now, it's finally opened in the city center, making it much more convenient to enjoy top-notch brunch baking, which is super blissful. Ricotta Tartine 🍅 is divine, outshining my favorite micro version, with the interweaving of creamy and fruity scents; the sourdough base is chewy, with a perfect balance of savory and crispy yet tender inside, seasoned with an extremely rich and fresh flavor: the cherry tomatoes are incredibly sweet, and the use of melon 🍈 in cooking opens up new possibilities, adding a fruity fragrance with melon strips, and a thick layer of creamy ricotta, making the whole dish as refreshing as a summer breeze. Pumpkin Ravioli 🎃, Italian-style pumpkin dumplings, have the right amount of creamy and sweet flavors, richly seasoned: homemade Italian dumplings are chewy, filled with sweet pumpkin, served with sage butter and smoked ricotta cheese sauce 🫕 at the bottom. The most ingenious addition is the roasted hazelnuts 🌰 for a nutty aroma, and the dish is topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀 by the aunt when served. The overall taste is a rich creaminess, like eating a dessert, and the small bowl is very satisfying and delicious! At Atipico, you must try the cakes: this time I ordered Gateau de Saint Honore, an Italian cream puff tart, which is very special and delicious: the caramel puff skin is crispy, the cream inside is light, the bottom is a buttery and crispy pastry tart shell, and the vanilla cream is generously used, with the overall sweetness perfectly balanced. #FrenchDesserts #HiddenGemRestaurant #SingaporeFood #SingaporeLife #WhatToEatInSingapore #ExploreSingapore #SingaporeTravel @Foodie #DeliciousFruits
