Yam — Restaurant in Antiparos Municipality

Yam! In Hebrew it means “the sea” The service was amazing and extremely helpful that they speak English!! The Pancakes were very delicious I highly recommend the eggs section as they’re very delicious and extremely filling and satisfying to start your day with before you embark on your journey on the island of antiparos!!! The food was absolutely amazing and service was very kind and helpful. the scenery of the restaurant was beautiful! very clear and has areas of shade to stay out from the hot sun while enjoying your meals. Great for family and friends as there is many options on the menu to satisfy everyone’s needs ! as play areas and very comfortable seating !! thank you for the amazing experience they also offer take away...

The food was excellent (Greek fusion) but the service is what makes it special. The chef came out to thank us personally and the staff were attentive and kind. The atmosphere there is lovely and comfortable.

In terms of what we ordered, the baba ghanoush is out of this world the best ever. Highly recommend the tuna tartar, the beef main course and chicken. The mussels were cooked well with the chorizo but the mussels themselves were not very good (could have been a bad batch). We had aperol spritz (excellent!), white and red wine. The red wine is chilled as well.

We went there around 9:15 pm and it was not so busy. We will be returning again on this trip! Can't...

Yam's proposition is very appealing. Set under a canopy, surrounded by a garden, you take an early morning breakfast. The breakfast itself and service are OK. This positive is, however, somewhat soured by loud lounge music that you can't escape. I did not ask to turn it down but then again... why set it so loud in the first place if your intention is to invite a relaxing, breakfast atmosphere...?

An edit on June 8th: I decided to try Yam again and, by happenstance or because Yam took my feedback at heart, the music and atmosphere felt more in line with a relaxing vacation breakfast. I therefore amended my review...
