Singapore Hiking: South Ridges Trail πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŒ³

Today's hike: South Ridges Trail 🏞️ Specific route: MRT Kent Ridge Exit B πŸš‡ β€’ Kent Ridge Park 🌳 β€’ Canopy Walk πŸŒ³πŸ‘£ β€’ Canopy Hort Park 🌸🌱 β€’ Forest Walk πŸŒ²πŸ‘£ β€’ Telok Blangah Hill Park 🏞️ β€’ Henderson Waves πŸŒ‰πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ β€’ Mount Faber Park πŸŒ„ β€’ Harbourfront 🌊 β€’ Vivo City (Of course, I copied and pasted these, I couldn't remember all the names! πŸ˜…) Overall experience: This was my first hike in the rain, and it was much more enjoyable than I expected! The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the trail was paved with cement. However, be careful because some sections were really slippery (PS: Today's advice from almost falling down). My friend told me that there was a botanical garden along the way, where I could appreciate and take photos of various plants and flowers. The total length of the hike was 9 kilometers (according to my watch). There were several road repairs along the way, and if you follow the navigation, you might have to backtrack and take a long detour. The entire trail was relatively easy, with many uphill stairs. It can be completed in less than two hours if you're quick! As I approached VivoCity, I could see the cable cars to Sentosa, and there was also a bell to ring. The rainbow staircase would probably be very photogenic on a sunny day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely hike it again! Next time, I'll go on a sunny day! πŸŒžπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ #OutdoorHiking #Singapore #Hiking
