Singapore's CBD Sichuan cuisine... my perspective on spending has been shattered..
We treated npy's parents to a fine dining experience of Chinese cuisine, and it turned out to be just over 30 per person. This is not just a good deal in the CBD, even in Chinatown, it would be questionable. Not to mention such a great environment, service, and location. We ordered: 1β£ Steamed Diver Fish π¬ The fish slices, carried by wood ear mushrooms, were thin and large, very clean and smooth in texture. My partner's parents and I all praised it! 2β£ Hanyuan Sichuan Peppercorn Spare Ribs π Super flavorful, with small pieces of pork ribs that were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, even a bit juicy, a great surprise! 3β£ Pumpkin Seafood Dish π It's filled with large fresh shrimp, sea cucumber, and mushrooms, so nutritious and delicious! The pumpkin container itself is soft and glutinous, with the sweetness of sweet potatoes! I ate it all by myself π 4β£ Crystal Dumplings π₯ The delicate strands on top are so beautiful! Under the light, they shine like crystals, instantly elevating the class, and they are also very delicious. The meat inside is springy, with a hint of crispness from the vegetables, a great satisfaction for a northerner π 5β£ Ice Powder and Other Desserts π§ The ice powder has a lot of ingredients, and it's a perfect match with the ice sand underneath; the corn mousse cake is full of air and incredibly refreshing without being greasy, a delightful surprise π The peach gum is also full of ingredients, so much that it's too much for two people to share haha In summary, all the dishes are really delicious! Whether it's specialty dishes or those found in other restaurants, this place can make its own flavor, making people very satisfied π I've been here once before, and it was quite expensive per person. This time it seems like the menu has changed, but the taste and refinement are exactly the same, while the cost-effectiveness has reached a new level βΌοΈ Please, everyone, go and eat, it's such a good deal π #WarmMeals #WhatToEatInSingapore #Singapore #ExploreSingapore #SingaporeChineseCuisine #SichuanCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #KuanZhaiAlley #SingaporeFood
