The spot in Figure 1 (you can see the tower but it's not by the window) is 1200 yen per person. 🌟🌿 There's an additional 10% service charge on the total bill. [😢][😢][😢] We walked in around 9:30 p.m. and waited in line for about 20 minutes. The waiter led us to the 1200 yen area.
