Slovenia is now the most beloved country for European travel
💗Zagreb lost my luggage but took away all my bad luck, leading me to discover the treasure that is Slovenia. 💗Ljubljana is small—you can explore the castle and city center in less than a day. 💗But it has many great cafés; I highly recommend Stow, located in the basement of a museum (a bit hard to find). Their cold brew is the best I’ve had so far. 💦You can also check out vintage shops or browse the Central Market for souvenirs. All in all, it’s anything but a boring capital. I even had the best Chinese food since coming to Europe at White Swan (though I’ve heard mixed reviews, but based on my own taste). 💙Their Mao Xue Wang was incredibly delicious, and I even got to eat water spinach!Postojna Cave is a must-visit, but remember to bring a light jacket—renting one there costs €6. If your timing is flexible, I recommend booking tickets online. 🌈On the day I went, the line for on-site tickets was extremely long. 🌈If you want a Chinese audio guide, buy it when purchasing your ticket—only English, German, and Italian live guides are available. 🌈The entire tour takes 1.5 hours, including a short train ride, walking through the cave, and then taking the train back. Transportation is convenient, and you can easily do a day trip from Ljubljana. Highly recommended! #SloveniaTravel #LjubljanaTourism #LakeBled #PostojnaCave
