So Close to Perfect! 🏨✨
My stay was almost flawless—and honestly, it was still an incredible experience! Let me break it down for you: The Positives (and there were many!): First and all, the bed felt like sleeping on the most comfortable cloud ever! 🛏️☁️ I had one of the best night's sleeps I can remember. The room itself was beautifully designed—thoughtful, stylish, and full of little luxuries. I especially loved the touch of including sleep patches in the minibar—such a smart and considerate addition! 💤❤️ The front desk staff were also wonderfully helpful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them! 👏🌟 The One Letdown: Now, the only downside—the bathtub setup. I stayed in a Studio Loft (which I believe is one of the premium rooms just below the Penthouse). While the room itself felt luxurious, the bathtub was a different story. It had visible scratches and signs of wear, and it was set behind a frosted glass panel with a very outdated showerhead and shower curtain. 🛁😬 I’m sorry to say it, but it felt strangely similar to a Premier Inn setup—functional, but completely disconnected from the high-end vibe of the rest of the room. It honestly felt a bit odd and out of place. My guess is that it hasn’t been updated since the Ace Hotel days? I’m not sure if this applies to all the studio lofts with bird's-eye views, but if I have the option to request a room with a more modern tub/shower setup next time, I definitely will! Final Thoughts: Even with that one drawback, I would absolutely stay here again. The overall experience was just that good—cosy, stylish, and thoughtfully curated. If you’re looking for a unique stay with top-tier comfort (and a cloud-like bed!), this is still a solid yes. Just maybe double-check your bath situation if you’re picky like me! #HotelReview #AlmostPerfect #BoutiqueStay #LuxuryTravel #CloudLikeBed #DesignHotel
