So Good It’s Out of This World Blood Sausage Hotpot 🥹

Restaurant Exploration 029 | Seriously delicious, everyone was silent, just grabbing food 🥹 Lately, I’ve been lucky with every meal I’ve had; the only downside is the distance 😇 🍗 Blood Sausage Hotpot + Mixed Rice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Literally a carb bomb pot, my first time having this, and I fell in love with blood sausage. Cooked in the pot with the sauce, it’s soft and glutinous, soaking up all the broth. After eating, the owner even helps to stir-fry it with the ordered rice!! Quick, go (but actually, the pot is even better than the rice haha 🍗 Potato Spine Soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly a full-score spine soup! What sets it apart is the rich perilla leaf flavor and the addition of many wild vegetables (can’t tell what kind…), it’s amazing with the soup. The spine has no extra fat, cooked until tender and flavorful, a meat lover’s dream come true 🥰 🍗 Double Fried Chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sweet and spicy is better than the original! The crust is crispy and has a certain thickness, the sauce doesn’t make the crust soft and also enriches the taste! The pieces of meat are huge, super satisfying to eat! It gets a bit greasy towards the end… but it doesn’t stop me from eating a lot 🥺 🍗 Kimchi Pancake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You can tell it’s freshly made! The outside is crispy, and the inside is soft and glutinous, a bit different from others.
