I chose this restaurant because it’s only 1.5 miles from the Nashville Airport Marriott and had such great reviews online—especially for Darfon’s. Our Uber driver confirmed the hype, sharing that he brings lots of customers here regularly. That really raised our expectations, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint! Even on a weekday evening, the place was as packed as a Saturday night! We ended up waiting about 40 minutes, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you can. But honestly? The wait was totally worth it. 😊 My wife and I came for dinner, and everything from the food to the service was absolutely on point. I ordered the grilled salmon, which was served with a roasted sweet potato—mashed and peeled right onto the plate—and topped with a warm kale salad. The salmon fillet was perfectly barbecued to order, flaky and full of flavor. 🐟🍠🥬 The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make our visit memorable. With so many delicious-sounding options on the menu, I’m already looking forward to trying something new next time. If you’re near the airport—or even if you’re not—this spot is well worth the trip.
