So Many Wonderful Dishes! 🍛✨

Tonight was our first dinner at Tikka and Curry, and we decided to go all out by ordering a variety of small plates to sample as much as possible. What a flavorful journey it turned out to be!🌶️ We started with the chili sauce – fragrant and perfectly spicy, it set the tone for the meal. The Amritsari Fish was fantastic: tender, flaky fish cooked to perfection with just the right hint of spices. 🐟🌶️ Then came the Samosa Chaat, which ended up being my favorite dish of the night! The combination of textures and flavors—crunchy, tangy, savory, and sweet—was absolutely divine. We also tried the Paani Puri. The puffs were delightfully crisp, though the flavored water could have used a bit more intensity and consistency – still fun to eat, but it was probably our least favorite of the night.🌶️ The Palak Paneer was rich, creamy, and warmly spiced, a comforting classic done right. But if you go, you absolutely must order the Dal Makhani (the brown lentils in the metal bowl in the photo!). This dish is slow-cooked overnight, and the depth of flavor is like nothing I’ve ever tasted—earthy, buttery, and utterly unique. It’s delicious, but hard to compare to anything else because I’ve simply never had anything like it before.🌶️ Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried and can’t wait to visit again soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore authentic, bold Indian flavors! #TikkaAndCurry #IndianFood #FoodReview #SamosaChaat #DalMakhani #FoodieAdventure #SpicyLovers #MustTry #FirstImpressions #FlavorExplosion
