So Relaxing – A Truly Rejuvenating Stay! 🌺🏨✨

The Moana is a wonderful resort, perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Although we encountered a couple of small issues, the staff resolved them quickly and kindly. We arrived late and were a bit unsure about the logistics, especially with part of the hotel undergoing renovations. The next day, we realized our room wasn’t what we had booked – we’d requested a king bed but were given a queen/double. We spoke with Chad, the guest services manager, who not only listened carefully but sincerely thanked us for our feedback. He promptly found us a much better room – what a difference! I highly recommend staying in the main building and splurging a little on an ocean-view room with a balcony – it’s worth every penny! 🏖️🌅 I initially felt bad, as though we were “complaining,” but Chad genuinely cared about our comfort – that level of service is rare these days. Trust me, as someone who travels for work across Europe and Asia for at least three to four months a year, this was exceptional service! The pool staff were always friendly and helpful, and the lady at the poolside snack stand was absolutely lovely! 🏊‍♀️🍍 The restaurant staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious and generously portioned. Yes, you’ll pay a bit more, but that’s true across the island – and let me tell you, the food was fresh, flavorful, and abundant! A word of warning: one order of edamame could easily feed five people! 😄 The bell staff helped us call a taxi that ended up being $20 cheaper than Uber, and our driver was so kind.
