🍣💸 Sorry Money, But Their Food Is Really Delicious!
✨I stumbled upon this restaurant while shopping with friends. It looked ordinary on the surface, but it was doing a booming business, and our curiosity got the best of us, so we decided to give it a try! ✨The interior decoration of the restaurant is very minimalist, and the menu is also simple. Although it's a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine, it's not in the form of a set menu; all dishes are à la carte and meant to be shared. ✨When we opened the menu, the prices were mostly around 20-30 euros, which was a bit of a shock to my friend and me. After all, for non-main dishes, this price is quite high. But when we started eating, we began nodding in agreement and even let out "mooing" sounds—it was truly worth every penny! ✨Even the most common sesame rice in Japanese cuisine was delicious! The rice was soft and fluffy with a sense of breathability, and the garnish of egg yolk and bonito flakes elevated the entire bowl of rice to another level! ✨The sashimi platter may not be generous in portion, but it was truly delicious! The fish was tender, smooth, and rich in umami, complemented by a refreshing wasabi cold sauce that was a perfect match for rice. ✨The grilled wagyu beef was also astonishing. The beef had a delicate texture, and when grilled to a half-cooked state, it maintained its juiciness and tenderness. Dipped in egg yolk, each bite was filled with the rich and savory flavor of wagyu beef. Their menu is seasonal, and I saw many other dishes on the tables around us that caught my eye.
