Sour Soup Fish Right Here: Gabriella’s Vietnam
Gabriella's Vietnam, located in South Philly's East Passyunk, is where the Vietnamese chef elevates her hometown street food to a higher level. ℹ️TLDR: Highly recommended! A place I really want to keep to myself, every dish is delicious, and I will definitely revisit. ❤️ Water Fern Dumplings Rather than dumplings, they are more like Vietnamese tacos, taking the shape of open water ferns. Very distinctive, rich in taste and texture, perfect for sharing among multiple people. ❤️ Savory Crepes The crepes are crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside, cooked to perfection. Wrapped with vegetables and dipping sauce, not greasy at all, a must-order! ❤️ Catfish Hot Pot A combination of tom yum and sour soup fish, bubbling hot, poured over rice noodles, perfect for winter. 🍹 Cocktails ❤️ Vietnamese Rice Noodle Special: Pho Sai Gon I thought it would be a disaster, but it turned out to be amazing! Spicy and sour, similar to the taste of green papaya salad, irresistible. ✅ Tamarind Special Drink: Saigon Tamarind Drink Alcohol-free, slightly sour and fragrant, decent. ❤️ Recommendation Index: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #PhiladelphiaFood #Philadelphia #PhiladelphiaShopExploration #VietnameseCuisine #SourSoupFish #VietnamesePancake #PhiladelphiaLife #StudyingInPhiladelphia
