South Bay Now Has Marinated Seafood!

🌟I tried the newly opened Master Oh near Koreatown. I went specifically for their Korean-style marinated seafood. 🌟The marinated seafood is served as a set, which comes with side dishes and a large bowl of bibimbap (mixed rice). We ordered the seafood platter, which came with two bowls of bibimbap. If you’re dining in a group, the seafood platter is a good deal because ordering individual items like a crab 🦀 can cost up to $40. The platter includes two crabs. 🌟Sauce Shrimp: These were particularly delicious—crispy and very sweet. The abalone was less flavorful but had a good chewy texture. The Sauce Crab had lots of roe and was also very sweet. Since this area doesn’t have local flower crabs, I heard these are imported from Korea. The marinated flavor is sweet and salty. It’s a bit salty on its own, but perfect when eaten with rice. Their side dishes were really good. The cabbage was fresh and crunchy. They also included Spicy Sauce Crab, another type of marinated crab. 🌟You definitely need to try something hot. They even have Potato Rib Soup, which comes in a huge portion for $59—a pretty good deal. 🌟On weekends, it gets busy, so reservations are recommended. Overall, it’s a good experience. The South Bay really has more and more delicious Korean meals. There’s so much to try! 🦀 Master Oh (오선생) 1484 Halford Ave, Santa Clara #BayAreaFood #CaliforniaLiving #MarinatedCrab #MarinatedShrimp #Seafood #KoreanCuisine #PotatoRibSoup #KoreanSpicyCrab #SanFranciscoFood
