First thing first — the parking lot is tiny! 😂 You’ll probably need to circle around a few times to find a spot. We arrived around 11:30am, and the place was already almost full — super popular!
We ordered the Grilled Beef Intestine Combo — the one I’ve “eaten with my eyes” countless times in K-dramas 😍 It came in a huge pan, and after grilling, we thought it wouldn’t be enough… but ended up packing half to go 😂 It’s rich, flavorful, and a bit oily, but pairs perfectly with kimchi. Highly recommend sharing one combo among 3–4 people!
My kid got the Chicken Noodle Soup with rice ($21) — the portion was huge. The broth was hearty and flavorful, not mind-blowing but definitely a solid and comforting bowl of chicken soup noodles. Great value for the price!
My husband ordered the Grilled Short Ribs ($38) — a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it! When it arrived, it was still sizzling on the pan — that sound alone was pure therapy 🔥 The beef was perfectly cooked: crispy edges, tender and juicy inside, and packed with flavor. Our little one loved it so much he finished two-thirds of it 😂
They also serve 10 kinds of refillable side dishes! 🥢 The radish kimchi totally won me over — super crunchy and addictive.
💰 We spent about $35 per person; if you skip the big combo, maybe $25–$30/person
🌟 We noticed many tables ordering their Marinated Raw Crab / Raw Seafood Platter — extremely popular! If you’re into raw marinated seafood, definitely give it a try. For first-timers, I’d recommend starting with a small portion.
🌟 The restaurant recently reopened with an expanded menu, and everything tasted even better than before. The manager came around to greet tables, introduce dishes, and ask for feedback 👍 He mentioned they buy fresh ingredients every morning, which really shows in the taste and consistency!
❤️ The atmosphere is so Korean — walls covered with Hangul, kimchi jars by the entrance, and little decorative items that make you feel like you’re dining in Seoul 🇰🇷. My kid was totally fascinated by the Korean writing on the wall 🤩 Even the staff are all Korean! Their English isn’t perfect, but they’re super friendly and will help you grill or serve your food with a smile.
After the meal, we drive to the nearby Super Kyo-Po Plaza to get some groceries— the perfect ending to a delicious lunch 🛒

Master Oh 오선생, a Korean restaurant I'd definitely come back to! My personal favorites: Spicy Fish Roe Soup: A bowl packed with roe, the broth is savory and rich, and the roe is so satisfying! Tteokbokki with Ramen: The sauce is sweet and spicy with a hint of saltiness. The rice cakes are soft and chewy, and the ramen has a nice chewy texture. I order Tteokbokki no matter where I go. Stone Bowl Bibimbap: The crispy rice crust at the bottom of the stone bowl is amazing! It's so full of flavor, and once you mix it with the sauce, it feels just like a scene from a K-drama! Pork Backbone Stew: The meat is stewed until it's incredibly tender! The broth is rich, spicy, and aromatic with a hint of medicinal herbs, and it gets tastier the longer it simmers. A pot of this in the winter is pure happiness. Bossam (Pork Belly Wraps): The pork is so tender and not greasy. Served with radish slices, kimchi, and sesame leaves, wrapping it all up in one bite is bursting with flavor!
The restaurant has a cozy and clean ambiance, and the service is excellent. One of the staff members was always smiling and kept asking if we wanted to add anything else. They also have a Happy Hour with 15% off the entire bill on weekdays (Mon–Thurs 7:30–9:30PM), which is...
Read moreFinally got around to trying out the newly opened Master Oh, right over in Koreatown, drawn by their Korean-style raw marinated dishes.
The Korean raw marinated dishes come as a set meal, always served with assorted side dishes and a big bowl of bibimbap. We ordered the raw marinated seafood platter, which came with two bowls of bibimbap. If you’re with a group, the seafood platter is more cost-effective because ordering a single crab costs 40, and the platter includes two crabs.
The shrimp in sauce is especially delicious—crispy with a fresh sweetness. The abalone isn’t as strongly flavored but has a good chew. The crab in sauce is loaded with roe and quite fresh and sweet as well; this type of flower crab isn’t available here, and I heard it’s imported from Korea. The raw marinade itself has that sweet and savory taste—eating it alone might be a bit salty, but it works perfectly when mixed with rice.
I have to say, their basket of side dishes is fantastic, with fresh, crispy napa cabbage. They even offer a spicy sauced crab, which is another take on the raw marinated flavor.
You also have to try something hot—their potato rib soup is huge and priced at 59, which seems like a good deal.
On weekends, the place gets busy so you need to make a reservation in advance. Overall, it’s a pretty solid spot, and with so many Korean restaurants in South Bay, it’s definitely worth...
