📍 606 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147 From the moment I walked in, I felt like a mouse that had fallen into a rice jar, running around and checking out all the delicious options. 😂 This place is a Vietnamese deli paradise, with a variety of cooked meats, rice cakes, sausages, side dishes, and freshly made Vietnamese sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies. There’s so much to choose from—it’s overwhelming, but everything looks fresh and appetizing! 🌟The cover photo is of the shredded pork baguette, which has a spicy and savory paste inside. The bread is flattened and a bit dry, but it has a lot of flavor when you chew on it. In the end, I ordered the No. 1 Vietnamese sandwich (Dac Biet) from the menu and also picked up some shredded pork bread and two sausages from the deli section. The No. 1 sandwich was really good! I was worried that the deli meat would be bland and salty, but the mayo inside has a unique flavor. Overall, it’s not salty or greasy. I’m definitely going to try the No. 3 grilled pork sandwich next time—it looks and smells amazing! 🌟I also noticed their homemade beef jerky and sesame balls. In the beverage section, they even had grass jelly drinks! There were also various rice cakes that looked delicious, but I felt like I wouldn’t be able to finish everything if I bought more.
