Squid Ink Pasta—This Place Is a Hidden Gem!
🍝 Finally got to try this amazing Western restaurant! Everything we randomly ordered was delicious (see Figure 5 for what we had). 🍝 MARECHIARO | Seafood Squid Ink Pasta ✨The squid ink is really unique, and the pasta is handmade, giving it a very chewy texture. The sauce has a bit of a spicy kick, which is very refreshing and not greasy at all. The seafood is super fresh, with large scallops and clams. A must-order! ✨calamari and shrimp | fried squid and shrimp The recommended appetizer, with the squid being tastier than the shrimp. The accompanying sweet and sour tomato sauce is the finishing touch. Remember to squeeze some lemon juice on top. ✨fettuccine porcini | black truffle mushroom cream pasta A classic dish with a chewy pasta texture. The black truffle is rich, though the cream sauce can be a bit heavy. This is a chain with several branches located in SF, the Peninsula, South Bay, etc. The value for money is pretty good, with an average spend of around $45 per person.
