I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—almost everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance, and if not, a rideshare cost less than $10! (We ended up taking rides quite often because the humidity in September was just brutal! 😅) The price was very reasonable for such a prime location, and since we prepaid our reservation, we saved even more! 💰 The hotel itself and our room were beautiful, clean, and felt very secure. My little dog was welcomed with cute amenity treats—so thoughtful! 🐶 I’d read some earlier reviews mentioning there wasn’t a good pet relief area, but let’s be real—this is downtown; you won’t find open fields here! The hotel staff kindly pointed me to a grassy median out front where my pup could do her business, and it worked perfectly. 🌳 The shower in our room was fantastic, and the toiletries they provided were lovely! 🚿🧴 The only issue during our 5-night stay came on the 4th night, when some incredibly rude neighbors blasted music at 3 AM. We tried using a mini fan and a white noise app on our phones, but we were still woken up. I eventually called the front desk, and it took them about 20 minutes to locate the source—but they did resolve it! 👏 However, what followed felt like the same guests were now juggling bowling balls… 🎳😵 It went on for a few more hours, but thankfully, our final night was peaceful. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for guest behavior, and the staff truly were amazing! The valet was pricey, but it was nice not to worry about our car.
