I returned for a second stay in May 2025, and though I was happy to be back, I was genuinely disappointed that our room did not face the ocean ๐. The view really does make a difference to the overall experience. One practical challenge we faced was operating the television ๐บ. The interface and remote were not intuitive, especially for Japanese guests like us, and we spent quite some time trying to navigate it. That said, having Japanese-speaking staff like TOMOkO was incredibly helpful. She assisted us warmly and made us feel understood and well taken care of. Itโs reassuring to have someone who can bridge the language and cultural gap when traveling far from home ๐. If the opportunity arises, I would consider staying here again. The location and overall service have their merits. A couple of minor issues we noticed: over the course of several days, the drainage in the shower seemed somewhat slow ๐ฟ. Also, the room tended to get quite cold in the early mornings and eveningsโsomething to note for those who are sensitive to the cold โ๏ธ.
