Still My Favorite Tokyo-Style Ramen Spot in Toronto... 🍜

Celebrating my birthday with a big bowl of ramen! 🎉 May the new year be as smooth as these noodles~ Visited my all-time favorite Tokyo-style ramen bar in Toronto 🇯🇵 📍 Kaminari Ramen Bar 1330 Queen St W The cozy little shop was peaceful on a weekend—perfect for a relaxed meal. ✨ It’s been a while since my last visit, and the ramen menu has expanded! 🎌 🥢 Paitan Shio The ultimate signature bowl—creamy chicken broth with slow-cooked pork chashu & clams. The broth is rich but not salty, just pure umami bliss. 🍗💛 🥢 Duck Umami Soy 🥢 Cold Tokyo Soy Both are new this year, and I’m obsessed! 🤩 Same clear chicken broth base, but totally different vibes. The duck breast ramen keeps it classic & comforting, while the cold ramen was a refreshing surprise—loaded with red onions that transform the broth into something bright & appetizing! (Must add the ajitama egg—it’s PERFECT. 🥚✨) Desserts? Pure Tokyo magic. 🍡 🍠 Yaki-imo Brûlée with Coconut Ice Cream Sweet Japanese sweet potato crème brûlée paired with light coconut ice cream—heavenly! 🍵 Matcha Ice Cream Their matcha is intense & aromatic, and the buckwheat granola topping is a genius touch—so addictive! #TorontoFoodie #JapaneseRamen #RamenLover #HiddenGemToronto #AuthenticRamen
