My only critique revolves around our less-than-friendly hostess, Danielle. We arrived right on time for our reservation, but the restaurant was packed, and we ended up waiting a bit longer than expected. A simple smile or a brief apology would have made all the difference, but unfortunately, her demeanor came across as quite rude. 😔 That aside, everything else was absolutely outstanding! Seated on the 35th floor against the glass wall, we enjoyed breathtaking, unobstructed views that made us feel as if we were dining in the heart of Manhattan. 🌃❤️ Our server, Catarina, was phenomenal—she explained everything in detail and checked on us regularly with genuine warmth. Then there was Paul, the "whiskey expert," who patiently walked us through the nuances of bourbon and American whiskey with impressive expertise. 🥃👏 Now, let’s talk about the food: it was nothing short of extraordinary! Instead of the usual bread basket, we were served complimentary fries with three delicious dipping sauces—a thoughtful and unique touch. My Wagyu fried rice was easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted. 🍚💫 My wife’s sea bass was also beautifully prepared—flaky, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
