💛Sugar Bar is renowned for its 360-degree unobstructed views of the city and Biscayne Bay. It is an exceptional spot to watch the sunset and enjoy the nightscape—as the sun sets, 🥯the city gradually lights up, and the skyscrapers beyond the glass walls intertwine with the winding coastline to create a flowing golden panorama. ✨The sushi-style snacks we tried were creative and delightful: the spring rolls had thin, delicate wrappers with flavorful fillings, 🥨served with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce. The sushi rice crackers, topped with salmon roe and gold leaf, were as exquisite as works of art. 🍹The bartender's special cocktail, rum-based with a blend of pomegranate juice, was served in a transparent glass as if capturing the glow of the sunset within. 🧀The bar space is cleverly divided into multiple semi-open areas.
