Summer is the perfect time for street food, and the variety of pork options at taco shops is just amazing! 🌟 After watching "Life and Trust," we headed straight to Carnitas Ramirez in the East Village for some delicious tacos! 🎬 🥤 This place has every part of the pig you can imagine – ears, skin, face, tail, you name it! It’s like a pork lover’s paradise. 🐷 The highlight is definitely the variety – they’ve got it all! 🌟 The toppings are self-serve and free, just like at any classic Mexican taqueria. I absolutely loved the jalapeños – they’re cut into large chunks, slightly spicy, and perfectly tangy. It’s the perfect match for a summer meal! 🌿 🥤We each tried a different flavor and washed it all down with a bottle of Mexican Coke.
