🍣 Sumo Experience | Timing Really Makes a Difference on Saturdays

Went to Sumo for the first time after seeing so many friends recommend it. We arrived on Saturday around 6–7 PM and were told the wait would be 2 hours 😅. We didn’t even hesitate — just left instantly. This time, still on a Saturday, we tried again — arriving around 5:30 PM. The host said 25–30 minutes wait. We thought: Okay, we’re already here, let’s wait. Overall, the meal was pretty decent! A good variety of items to choose from, and the freshness was on point — definitely not that “all-you-can-eat but low-effort” vibe. After 6 PM, it clearly got busier. The line kept growing, and by 6:30–7 PM, it seemed like a non-stop wait. Honest advice for anyone planning to go: On Saturdays, timing is everything. Arriving around 5-ish PM is still manageable. After 6 PM, it’s all about your patience level 😓. What time do you usually go? Or are there other AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat) spots in Vegas that are more reliable? Locals, share your hidden gems! 👀 📍 Address: 4860 W Desert Inn Rd suite #9, Las Vegas, NV 89102 #LasVegasAYCE #VegasFood #AllYouCanEat #SushiLovers #LocalEats 🍱⏰✨
