Super Delicious Florence Grandpa's Pasta

It was so delicious that I haven't been this touched in a long time. I think I would pay over a thousand yuan for this back in China. Here it only costs a couple of hundred yuan. What really moved me was the care and deliciousness of the food. After following the recommendations and navigating through a small road, I arrived at a place where an old man who had worked as a chef in various places welcomed me. He speaks English and even sat down to ask about my taste preferences, introduced the dishes, and helped me order. His menu is indeed handwritten every day, and he prepares the ingredients with great care. - Bread Appetizer: When he found out I like spicy food, he gave me three types of chili sauce for the bread. They're not spicy but have a very unique and rich flavor. The green and red peppers in the olive oil jar are slightly fermented and have a fresh, salty taste that complements the bread perfectly. There were crispy and regular bread options, and he even gave me an extra special bread platter with four different flavors. Each piece was so delicious that I truly appreciated the olive oil. (I asked if I could buy those three sauces, and he said no, but maybe one of them... and I bought it!) - Pasta: My life-changing pasta: I followed the old man's recommendation and combined two types. The cheesy one on the left has a green vegetable and a rich, creamy cheese flavor. There was bacon, but I didn't eat it because I'm a vegetarian. Everything looked so fresh. On the right is the tomato and basil version. When it was served, I was given a separate bowl of cheese shavings to add myself. I added a lot and it was so delicious that I almost cried!
