Super delicious noodles in NY--Caravan Uyghur Cuisine

1️⃣ Fried Meat Noodle: The noodles are both chewy and saucy, with a rich and savory flavor. The lamb has a subtle gamey taste, and the small portion was gone in less than 5 minutes! It was not enough at all. 2️⃣ Grilled Lamb Skewers: They are incredibly satisfying to eat! The large pieces of lamb are tender and fragrant, filled with the aroma of cumin and chili after grilling. 3️⃣ Fried Beef Noodles: These are also very fragrant～The wok's flavor is particularly strong, with a savory taste that has a more pronounced vinegar flavor, and the colored peppers and dried chili peppers add a lot. 4️⃣ Chicken with Broad Noodles: It's a bit less impressive than the other two, the flavor is indeed fragrant, but the noodles are a bit soft, which I don't particularly like. 5️⃣ Yogurt: It's incredibly delicious!!
