Super fun! Around Austin, the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest experience

I bought tickets for this Forbidden Forest experience ages ago, thinking it might be a dodgy event, so I didn’t have high expectations. But today, I was pleasantly surprised! 📍 Located at 1760 State Hwy 71, it’s a bit of a distance from the city center; you’ll need to follow the Event traffic signs along the road. 🐶 Prices range from $39 to$52 per person, cheaper during the week. 📍The entire experience is set along a trail where you can hear many classic Harry Potter movie clips and see some iconic sets. The most unexpected part is the interactive installations where you can engage with the scenes – summoning your own patronus, dueling with friends with wands, bowing to a thestral, and more! 📍Sometimes, classic movie scenes are reenacted on the side of the road, and there are opportunities to cast spells and charms! The shop has loads of Harry Potter merchandise, and you can also enjoy butterbeer and roast your own marshmallows. 📍I highly recommend wearing your own house robes and bringing your wand to cast spells.
