Sushi Take 🌟

I had been wanting to try this sushi place for a while, but getting to Scandicci requires a taxi ride, and it’s not that easy to find. Finally, my friends and I had the chance to explore it. We brought our own bottle of champagne 🥂—Perrier-Jouët— to pair with the sushi, and it was a perfect match! First and foremost, you have to order the salmon or mixed Carpaccio . Their use of pebbles as a decorative element is quite innovative! Then there’s the flame-seared salmon , which is excellent. They also offer the lobster 🦞 reverse roll which is included in the set menu and can be ordered by everyone. The nigiri selection is quite comprehensive, featuring all the classics like scallops, eel, octopus 🐙, and red shrimp 🦴. We also ordered a special nigiri platter that included tempura nigiri, black truffle salmon, and tuna— all perfectly seasoned. The sashimi variety is quite extensive and very fresh, with options like crayfish and red shrimp. Their plating is particularly interesting; for example, they had a crayfish placed on a wooden ladder. For the cooked dishes, I recommend their octopus takoyaki and black pepper beef cubes—both are delicious. Overall, it’s definitely worth the trip to this Japanese restaurant! **Restaurant:** Sushi Take **Average Cost per Person:** €28+ **Address:** Via Pisana, 683, 50018 Scandicci FI #Florence #FlorenceFood #WeekendAdventures #JapaneseCuisine #SushiExploration #Sushi #JapaneseRestaurant #FlorenceSushi #Salmon #SalmonSashimi
