Suwa Taisha Shrine's Four Shrines ๐Ÿƒ

The usual order of worship is as follows: ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ First, head to the shrine's worship hall (or in front of the offering box) and toss in a 5-yen coin (which sounds like "go-en," meaning "connection" or "fate" with the deity). ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ Then, shake the rope tied to the bell hanging from the beam twice. After that, perform "two bowsโ€”two claps (after clapping, ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ put your hands together to make a wish)โ€”two bows" (the bow is a normal bow, with your hands at your sides). ๐Ÿ™โœจ ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ Typically, after worshiping, you would go to the "shamusho" (shrine office) to collect your goshuin (shrine stamp). However, if you're short on time, you can do it in reverse; after all, ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ when it gets crowded, you might find yourself waiting with a number tag for your goshuin to be written. ๐ŸŽซ๐ŸŒฟ #SuwaTaishaFourShrines ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿƒ
