Suwa Taisha Shrine's Four Shrines ๐
The usual order of worship is as follows: ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ First, head to the shrine's worship hall (or in front of the offering box) and toss in a 5-yen coin (which sounds like "go-en," meaning "connection" or "fate" with the deity). ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ Then, shake the rope tied to the bell hanging from the beam twice. After that, perform "two bowsโtwo claps (after clapping, ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ put your hands together to make a wish)โtwo bows" (the bow is a normal bow, with your hands at your sides). ๐โจ ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ Typically, after worshiping, you would go to the "shamusho" (shrine office) to collect your goshuin (shrine stamp). However, if you're short on time, you can do it in reverse; after all, ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ when it gets crowded, you might find yourself waiting with a number tag for your goshuin to be written. ๐ซ๐ฟ #SuwaTaishaFourShrines ๐ฏ๐
