Tac/Quila is a Michelin-recommended Mexican restaurant in Palm Springs and the sister restaurant of the famous Farm — both are absolutely delicious! 😋 On our first day, we gave up after seeing a 30-minute wait… it’s that popular! So we came back right at opening at 11 AM the next day — totally worth it! We ordered four dishes and loved every one: 🌮 Tacos – So flavorful! Even the rice and beans were amazing. Perfect as a main. 🦀 Crab Cake – Packed with fresh crab, rich and delicious. 🥑 Avocado Tempura – Super crispy outside, creamy inside. A must-try for avocado lovers! 🦪 Oysters – The BEST we’ve ever had! Topped with shrimp, red pepper, and cilantro. So fresh — unbelievable for desert seafood!
