Takashima Castle 🏰 🌸🌺 Reconstructed, the castle is surrounded by lake water and wetlands, appearing as if it's floating in Lake Suwa, hence its nickname "Suwa Floating Castle" 🌊🏰. 🌸🌺 On the upper grounds, a three-story observation tower-style Tenshu (castle keep) was built, and the roofs of the main buildings, including the Tenshu, are made of wooden shingles known as "Kokerabuki" roof 🌸🌺 #Japan 🌸🌺
