Texas | 2 Days in San Antonio – Food & Drinks Guide 🥘🍹

Spent a mini-vacation eating and drinking through Texas – 4 days in San Antonio and Houston! Here are the 9 places we tried in just 2 days in SA – yes, we went all out! 😂 1️⃣ Arirang Restaurant 🇰🇷 Landed late – picked up our rental car 🚗 close to midnight. Not many options were open, so we chose this Korean spot. Japchae: Sweet but tasty! Kimchi Tofu Soup: Perfect warm-up after a flight! ✈️🍲 2️⃣ Domingo Restaurant 🌊 Riverside spot – no wait around 11 AM. Shrimp Cocktail: Refreshing starter 🍤 Fish Tacos: Tender and flaky 🐟 Mai Tai Mimosa & Passionfruit Margarita: A bit strong 🍹💥 3️⃣ Freshest Ice Creams 🍦 Colombian & Brazilian-style ice cream – tons of flavors! Super fresh, fruity, not too sweet, and no artificial taste! ✅ Highly recommend! 4️⃣ Bakery Lorraine at the Pearl ☕️ Great for coffee, French pastries, and chill chats 🥐💬 5️⃣ Cured Spanish ham bar – whole hams hanging at the entrance! Charcuterie & cheese boards 🧀🍖 Beer Steamed Mussels: Plump, beer-infused, served with fries 🍟 6️⃣ Premium Matcha Cafe Maiko 🍵 Tried the Maiko Special – good matcha, slightly bitter-sweet. Comes with mochi, red beans, matcha cake, corn flakes – so much texture! 7️⃣ Durty Nelly's Irish Pub 🍺 Nightlife on the River Walk! Still busy after 11 PM. Cozy pub with local beer, Irish whiskey, and a piano player 🎹 – request songs and enjoy the vibe! 8️⃣ La Panadería Bakery Café 🥐 Famous bakery – opens at 7 AM! Concha: A bit like pineapple bun 🍍 Almond Croissant: A little sweet but yummy 9️⃣ Toro Kitchen 🇪🇸 Came for the paella – waited 30 mins! Well-roasted and flavorful. Also tried squid ink garlic octopus – a bit salty but interesting. #SanAntonioEats #TexasFood #TravelAndEat #FoodGuide #USAFoodie
